How do your classes work?

Each day features a unique workout that runs throughout the day. Every day targets something different – like core, upper, or lower body – so you’ll never do the same thing two days in a row.

Are the classes beginner-friendly?

Absolutely! Whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth, our trainers tailor the session to all levels. No boxing experience needed.

Do I need gloves before coming?

Nope! We have gloves available for your session. You’ll need to wear disposable gloves underneath or bring along your own wrist wraps if you have. (We also sell these in the Studio.)

Can I bring my own boxing gloves?

Of course! You’re welcome to use your own. We also sell NZ Boxer gloves and wrist straps.

Can I pause my membership for travel or medical reasons?

Yes, of course. We’re flexible—just let us know and we’ll sort it out for you. We also offer memberships on NO-CONTRACTS, which can be paid and booked weekly.

I’m nervous about coming to a group fitness class.

That’s completely normal. We’re here to empower, not intimidate. Rebellion is a no-judgement zone where women of all fitness levels are welcome and supported.

How big are the classes?

Classes are capped at 10–12 people for personalized coaching. While our membership base is growing, classes are currently small and intimate.

What classes are on what days?

Our weekly workout split:

Manic Mondays –

Core + Boxing

Core circuits and high-energy boxing. Start strong.
Focus: Core + Cardio

Toughen-Up Tuesdays –

Upper Body + Boxing Punch combos with an upper body burn.
Focus: Arms, Shoulders, Chest, Back

Work-It Wednesdays –

Lower Body + Boxing

Glute-burning boxing and leg day.

Focus: Legs + Glutes

Thunder Thursdays –

Full Body Tone
Full-body resistance + boxing drills.
Focus: Full Body Toning

Focus Fridays –

Sculpt + Strength

Dynamic strength circuits blended with boxing-inspired sculpting drills.

Build definition, tighten and tone, and finish the week feeling powerful and strong.

Sassy Saturdays –

Strength + Sweat
Strength, boxing and cardio for a full-body burn.
Focus: Strength + Cardio + Boxing

Are all your classes boxing?

Every class includes boxing elements, but they’re fused with cardio and strength movements. It’s the perfect balance of technique, sweat, and empowerment.

What sort of equipment does Rebellion have?

We’ve got all the tools for the ultimate BoxFit-style session:
Boxing bags, plyo boxes, battle ropes, heavy lift bags, medicine balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX bands and so much more!

Can I train outside of class times?

Currently, our space is class-only. However, our trainers offer 1-on-1 personal training during the day. Get in touch to book a session.

Can I do a private session?

Yes! 1-on-1 personal training is available by appointment – contact us to check availability.

What is car parking like?

We’re located next to a large 120-minute free car park between Ladies Mile and Robert Street. There is usually ample parking mornings and evenings.

Will you offer more class times?

Yes! As our community grows, so will our schedule.

Do you have showers?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shower facilities. We do have a bathroom and a changing space.
