Hey my name is Rachael Chadderton and I have recently moved to Auckland from Hawke’s Bay. I have been involved in the fitness industry for the past 20+ years. One of my highlights was to serve 5 years in the Royal New Zealand Navy along with many endurance and bodybuilding events I have completed over the years. I am super passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping a diverse range of people achieve their goals, increased fitness levels, developing an empowered and confident mindset and finding a healthy balance between fitness and fun. Specialising in: Small Group Fitness Level 3 Personal Training Endurance Training (Marathons, ultra’s and Ironman) Strength Training for perimenopause and menopausal women Current First Aid Certificate I look forward to connecting with you all.

My passion for health and fitness runs deep, driven by years of high performance sports including Mountain Biking, Multisport and Running. I am committed to assisting other women find the same passion I have for being fit and healthy, and help them achieve their fitness goals. I prioritise the feeling of fitness over the look of it, because true confidence comes from strength, not just appearance.

Hey Everyone! I'm Ella, a 21-year-old qualified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. I started exercising just two years ago and quickly fell in love with both weightlifting and group fitness classes. Now, I’m so excited to begin my teaching journey at Rebellion and meet all of you! My aim is to make sure everyone feels comfortable, has a great time, and leaves class with a smile. I’m passionate about sharing my enjoyment of training and the knowledge I’ve picked up along the way.
